Santa Cruz Port District seeks to provide a safe and efficient environment for working, boating, and recreation. Santa Cruz Harbor is regulated by a code of ordinances which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners in November 2010 to help achieve these goals.

Santa Cruz Port District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Santa Cruz Port District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
