Harbor Beach Volleyball Courts

Volleyball courts on Harbor Beach are first come, first serve. To make a reservation for personal use please complete and submit the reservation request form below.

Courts must be reserved a minimum of 5 days in advance.

Fee Schedule

  • $70.00 / court / 4-hours. Limit two (2) courts.

Insurance Requirements

  • Organized groups such as volleyball club clinics and academic programs may require Proof of Liability Insurance, in the amount of $1 million, naming the Santa Cruz Port District as additional insured.

Cancellation Policy

  • If your plans change and you need to cancel or modify your reservation, at least 72 hour notice is required.
  • Cancellations received with at least 72 hours' notice may be eligible to receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received with less than 72 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone, e-mail, or in-person, and must be received by the stated cancellation date.
  • No provision is made for weather-related cancellations, though rescheduling may be possible. Port District approval is required to reschedule an event. Availability is not guaranteed.
  • There are no refunds for no shows.

On the Day of Your Court Rental

  • On your reservation date, bring your copy of the Reservation Confirmation to your court for proof of reservation.
  • If you encounter any problems, call the Harbormaster Office at (831) 475-6161.
  • After your event, clear and clean courts of trash and personal items, placing all trash into the trash bins provided.
  • Please exit the courts within 15 minutes of your rental end time if another group is waiting to play.

NOTE: Volleyball tournaments or any organized event which include 30 or more people, advertising or sponsorship activities, amplified sound, admission fees, tents/canopies, or extraordinary event setup requires Port District approval through the special event permit process.
