D-Dock Restroom & Shower Facility Roofing Project: July 21-25, 2025

Dear Slip Renters,

This notice is to inform you that the Port District has executed a contract with RS Roofing to replace the D-Dock restroom and shower facility roof. The project is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 21, 2025, and is expected to take approximately five days to complete.

During this time, the D-Dock restrooms and showers will be temporarily closed. Portable restrooms and handwashing stations will be provided.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this necessary maintenance project.
