BID PROPOSALS SOUGHT FOR EAST SIDE PUBLIC PIER DECKING PROJECT AT SANTA CRUZ HARBOR

The Santa Cruz Port District invites qualified contractors to submit a proposal for redecking approximately 5,800 square feet of the East Side Public Pier (2214 East Cliff Drive) at Santa Cruz Harbor. Work required as part of this project consists, in general, of replacing existing deck boards with saltwater-treated, marine-grade lumber, resulting in a level, smooth walking surface. Contractor will be required to implement appropriate debris barriers and floating boom to contain any accidental debris discharge into the water. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE - OCTOBER 3, 2025

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10 AM on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 135 5th Avenue, Santa Cruz. 

BID OPENING - OCTOBER 13, 2025

Sealed bid proposals will be received at the Santa Cruz Harbor office until 10 AM on Monday, October 13, 2025, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
