Description
Every elected official and public employee who makes or influences governmental decisions must submit a Statement of Economic Interest, also known as Form 700.
- Filing is required within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1, and within 30 days of leaving office.
- A late fine will be imposed if the statement is filed past the due date.

Filers are encouraged to file electronically but paper filings are still accepted.

- Log in to your CSDA account at www.csda.net
- Select “Learn” from the main menu
- Go to “On Demand Webinars”
- Scroll down to find the "Ethics Training 1234" course, and select the title
- Select “Add to Cart” and “Proceed to Checkout”
- Select “Submit Order”
