A large, long-period SSW swell is expected to impact our area from Saturday, July 25, through Tuesday, July 28

Surge conditions in the harbor and breaking surf at the entrance are anticipated. Please exercise extreme caution at all times aboard your vessel or dockside. Stay away from the water’s edge, and stay off jetties and rocks.

We highly recommend checking your vessel in advance of the swell. Please ensure that your vessel is secure, and dock lines and fenders are in good condition. Replace or add lines as necessary.
